Things to look after while doing your skincare.

Skincare has become a main priority for everyone and it is a form of self care as well. Today I am gonna talk about what things you have to keep in mind while doing skincare. Recently everyone are pretty mindful/concerned about what they are putting on their face. The ingredients, the formulation, is the brand we are using is free of paraben and is it cruelty free or not, these things are taken into consideration by the consumers.


Now with skincare one needs to be more patient with the products to actually work. These are the things that I personally think that everyone should take care of while doing your skincare.

These little things may add up so much extra care for your skincare game if you think the products are not working out effectively as it should.



  1. Keep your products clean.

Make sure the products you are using are kept on a clean surface if your product's packaging is not clean then the dirt might transfer to your hands and may cause even more problems to your skin. Ensure that you are keeping your products neat and clean so that dirt is not transferring on to the skin while applying the product.


2. Tools

Adding beauty tools to the skincare routine makes your products penetrate into the skin properly as we rub gently on the skin it's like a face yoga. You can do it with your hands too. It reduces puffiness and makes our skin absorb better amount of products than the usual way of application.


3. Sleeping mask.

Sleeping mask adds extra hydration for your skin to repair at night so choose a sleeping mask that is suitable to your skin type and it definitely changes your skin it looks more supple and hydrated. If you have a tiring day or you were at your desk for the long time apply a sleeping mask right before going to bed so that your skin looks less tired and dry.


4. Visiting Dermat

Seeking a dermat if you have any doubts or queries about your skin care is super beneficial as you will know more about your skin like what ingredients works best for your skin. I would recommend not to try out any actives on your skin as we all are not exactly aware of how much percentage of actives are actually required for beginners. So avoid risk when it comes to skin care.


5. Try to commit to cruelty free and sustainable brands.

There are so many brands that are taking a step in to creating more sustainable and cruelty free products so supporting such brands is like choosing best ingredients for our skin. Let's try to commit to such brands that have positive outlook for the environment.


6. Taking care of skin from inside.

This one is kinda self explanatory that if we take care of our body from inside the that is gonna improve the health of our skin, hair, nails etc., Lets support them and lets make a conscious effort to look for cruelty free brands.


7. Double cleansing.

If you are some one who applies makeup frequently then I would recommend you double cleanse start with an oil based cleanser then go for a gel base cleanser so that the pores are properly cleaned and are free of any makeup residue of the face. You will gradually notice a difference in the health of your skin.
