Self care products to try this season-part 2

Hi there! this post is more like a sign for you to have a self care day and feel good. As the covid cases are increasing, days are getting so overwhelming which is why you should take care of yourself. Everyone has their own ways when it comes to selfcare like decluttering the space, taking a long shower, deleting unused files, doing laundry etc. F,or me personally I like to take care of myself by taking rests, breaks when needed which is also productive and a form of selfcare. I paint my nails, do my skincare routine which includes a sheet mask, organise my wardrobe and binge watch anime. I really feel so productive and good after this so do what feels right for you for yourself care.

Coming to the post I've done a blog post which is a part-1 where I linked all the products that can be used during your self care day in that post. Do what looks and feels best for you. I am going to name each and every product and these are available at Amazon itself.

  1. Bath salts.

Bath salts really calms the body when we want a long shower and the best product we have is from Soul flower bath salts. Soul flower has some good range of bath and body products and essential oils as well and my favourite would be their oil range like cold pressed castor oil and coconut oil. Bath salts are the one I am so looking forward to and I read so many good reviews on this one so do check that out.

2. Exfoliator.

Exfoliation is a key for even skin. During a self care day a good exfoliator makes your skin clean by removing those dead skin cells and makes our shaving go even smoother. The best exfoliator present right now is Mcaffeine's coffee polish exfoliator its the best one or you can make your own DIY body exfoliator at home with Besan (gram flour) and a pinch of haldi (Turmeric) add milk instead of water if your skin type is dry.

3. Body oil.

This should be an essential step in your body care routine. I am sure you can see a difference in your skin when you apply a body oil. Body oils from Plum are great when it comes to hydration. I have heard many good reviews about this product and it is for sure worth giving a shot. Baby oil from Johnson and Johnson is the best if you want to just try a body oil then go for this. This baby oil is very light and seals the hydration in your skin. Plum body range has an amazing variants of body oils so do check them out. They are worth purchasing.

4. Air humidifier.

I have been learning a lot about how humidifier helps to maintains and improves the dry and humid air. You just need to add any essential oil of your choice. This sets an amazing vibe in the room, makes you feel more cozy and warm. So check out amazon for air humidifier (if you want one) for your room. It would be a great investment for yourself.

5. Sheet masks.

It feels like a self care day where I take extra time for myself and apply a sheet mask which gives instant hydration to my skin. It feels so relaxing right when I do a sheet mask it really hydrates since they are loaded with essence and serums. I think you guys feel the same right? it feels like a self care day where I take extra time for myself while applying a sheet mask. Innisfree, The Face shop and Tony Moly have amazing range of sheet masks. You can use any one of them for your selfcare.

6. Hair mask.

Due to this humid weather our hair tends to be dry and dull. So adding a hair mask to your hair care routine would make your hair feel more healthy. I heard so many good reviews about Plum's olive and Macadamia hair mask. Since plum is vegan and parabens free brand, it is suited for all hair types.

Anddd..that is it guys. Thanks for sticking till here. I hope you liked this post and comment down below what selfcare products you think I should have mentioned also do check out my other posts related to fashion and skin care which is beginner friendly. I am sure you'll like them. Please message or comment what the next post should be about I would be glad as I am out of ideas for my next post so that would help me. Take care and stay safe until next time bye bye:)
