How to choose affordable body care products-product recommendations

Budget body care is all we need at this time because of the pandemic we are facing and the only smart way to save our money is by having products that are easily available around and can be multipurpose.

I used to think that I have to invest like so much on the body care to achieve this perfect smooth and texture free skin. But later I realised that there is no such difference between a highly priced body polish and a Home made diy scrubs like Besan(chick pea) flour and coffee scrubs which literally works the same.

The following are the products I would recommend which consists of:

  1. Body soap or Body wash

  2. Exfoliator

  3. Body oil

  4. moisturisers

Body soap or body wash

The job of a body cleanser is to clean our body and makes it soft without feeling dry that's it don't fall for the marketing technique that the brand says just check the label and read the things properly. The one which does not strip your skin's moisture is the cleanser you need to have in your body care nothing more than that. The following are the products I would recommend which are so underrated.

Medimix ayurvedic soap

This soap is an all rounder this works as a face and body wash as I recently spoke about the top 5 face washes please go check that out I have given an detailed review about the soap and how it keeps us fresh especially in summer. This does not give you any bad body odour you always smell and feel fresh through out the day.

khadi soaps

khadi soaps are the best when it comes to there gel soaps they moisturise the skin very well and has a mild fragrance to it. these makes your skin smooth and doesn't dry out the skin in colder months these soaps are the best to keep our skin moisturised.

Dove body wash

These body washes are quiet affordable and smells amazing and if you want to smell amazing and have an good shower which feels therapeutic then you should try their body care range.

Exfoliators

Exfoliators as we all know helps to remove the dead skin cells and evens out the texture in your skin exfoliation is an important part in our body care, so choosing the correct product without spending a lot is important. Home made diy works same as the products we buy from the market.

Besan (chick pea) flour: It the best when it comes to exfoliating your skin it removes tan and gives a smooth skin after the wash. Just add 2-3 table spoon on besan to a bowl and then add a pinch of turmeric which helps to remove any bacteria and if you have very dry skin then add one table spoon of raw milk.

You can also make a coffee scrub as well. mix coffee and brown sugar in the same amount then add olive oil you can also store it. This scrub helps to make skin smooth and prevent ingrown hair after shaving. Exfoliating gloves or a loofah are shower essentials as they also helps to remove dead skin cells.

Body oil

Body oils helps to boost your overall glow to your skin and makes it well moisturised. After you have taken your shower when your body have absorbed water, a body oil helps to seal the hydration into the skin. where a lotion helps to deliver the ingredients that improve the ability of skin to maintain moisture since they are partly water-based. In winters our skin needs to be hydrated all the time so having a body oil helps to make our skin less irritated and does not feel flaky. the products I would recommend is:

  1. Baby oil

  2. bio oil

  3. Pure sense macadamia relaxing body mist

  4. Neutrogena body oil

Moisturiser

As I have mentioned above that moisturiser helps to maintain the Quality of our skin it is also important to select a moisturiser which has spf in it. moisturising is a key to a smooth and glowy skin always moisturise your body properly right after your shower. It helps to improve your strech marks as well. the key to smell amazing is to use same body wash and moisturiser. The best are:

  1. Nivea moistuisers

  2. Nykaa body care range

  3. Biotique winter cherry rejuvenating body nourisher(smells great)

  4. Himalaya herbals cocoa butter moisturising lotion.

These are the affordable body care products which smells amazing and works really well on the skin never skip any of these products its just makes our skin look dull so take your time and love your skin stay hydrated guys I have blog posts about affordable products go check them out and make sure you like them.
