Hair Care for Healthy hair

Hey guys!! hope you all are doing well. In this post, I'm going to talk about hair care routine that you should follow to get healthy healthy hair. All of us want healthy hair of course but don't really take care of them. Here's a guide to healthy hair guys!! I'm gonna explain it step by step so that it'll be easy for you to understand. The first step is...

  1. To oil your hair guys:- Oiling your hair makes them soft and less frizzy. The oil reaches to the pores of your scalp and moisturises hair hence makes them look shinier and softer. I've been oiling my hair since I was small and I've rarely had bad hair days/had less hair issues. Trust me, it's a game changer:) Take any oil like coconut oil, and gently rub/massage your hair and please don't be harsh on your hair by rubbing roughly.

  2. Shampooing your hair the correct way:- Shampoo hair just like how you massage oil by being gentle and whatever shampoo your using, dilute it in a little bit of water and then apply like how you massage oil. Don't apply too much shampoo on your hair length since it dries out your hair makes them frizzy and dry. Just the amount of product you apply on the scalp should be enough to wash your hair length too.

  3. Conditioning your hair:-Conditioning your hair after every wash is as important as shampooing or oiling. The right way to use a conditioner is to just take pea sized amount of the product and apply it all over your hair length and only hair length.Do not apply conditioner onto the scalp because it makes your scalp greasy and we don't want that.Keep it on for say 7 to 10 minutes so that your hair takes up all the product you applied and wash it off with cold water. So applying conditioner the right way makes your hair look healthier and soft.

  4. Andddd the last step is to apply a serum:-After you are done washing your hair and towel dry them, apply a serum to lock the moisture on damp hair. You can apply any hair serum but I personally prefer the Livon serum since it's affordable and effective.

  5. The only last thing I wanted to add here is try doing protective hairstyles use scarfs to avoid damage of hair due to sun. apply a heat protection serum always when you style your hair and try to air dry them as much as possible.

That is it for this post guys, thank you for reading. I'm not able to post regularly because I have exams and I'm preparing for my exams so bare with me until my exams are over:)See you guys and take care
